REFUND POLICY

RETURNS

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

REFUND PROCESS

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection. Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

  • — Items marked as FINAL SALE
  • — Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • — Items without original tags

RETURN SHIPPING

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.

EXCHANGES

We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund including shipping.
